Who We Are

Meet Elizabeth A. Cain

Elizabeth is a Hoosier native with an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and over 15 years of retail experience.  Following her Master’s Degree, she attended Indiana Wellness College (formerly Indiana Massage College) with a niche in sports and medical modalities.  
Her first career post massage school was with ProWellness Chiropratic of Fisher’s IN.  There, she gained her experience in both sports and medical Massage Therapy. While there, she expanded her education and became certified in Advanced Cupping from International Cupping Therapy Association, Seattle, Washington.
Outside the Chiropractic office, Elizabeth also has experience as Indiana Wellness College’s Campus Director and sole proprietor.  From being a Mentor to IWC students and graduates, teaching classes, and running the campus (including Admissions and maintaining compliance with State, National, and Federal regulations), she also opened her own studio in 2017 called Indy’s Elite Massage, a place where she was committed to providing elite quality service to help clients achieve their health goal(s).  
Elizabeth then continued her education with achieving a specialization in Graston Technique and a certificate in Bamboo-Fusion.   February 2022,  Elizabeth expanded and rebranded to what is now called Elite Health Resort, your local destination tailored to helping you achieve your health goals.  There, she has other devices to help clients such as:  Blue Cube Cold Plunge, Halo Vitality Booth Plus, and a Clearlight Infrared Sauna.  Also available in the same studio is Dr. David Evans of Glowstick Chiropractic (https://glowstickchiropractic.com/). 
Formerly Chapter President and GR of ATMA (American Massage Therapy Association), Elizabeth’s passion continues to grow while now blogging, being a Massage Critic, and serving as Chairman and Board member of Indiana Professional Licensing Agency’s Massage Therapy Board.  Her motivation and drive remains dedicated towards the profession within the Hoosier community, both for Massage Therapists, and clients.
My "Why"

Hey, everyone!  I’m Elizabeth.  While I was attending Indiana Wesleyan University, I learned their motto of being a world changer. After grad school, I went to Massage School. I knew I was on the right track to accomplishing the motto.  Then 05.23.2015, I was hospitalized for a week with MS. Instead of thinking “oh woe is me”, I immediately thought of the quote in Shawshank’s Redemption, “Get busy living or get busy dying.” 

To this day, I am medication free and follow a healthy lifestyle of an auto-immune diet and exercise like crazy.  I belong to Hotworx, run marathons (halves and full), bike, paddle board, and etc. I also make sure to incorporate self care such as massage therapy, Halo vitality booth, and a cold plunge, all in which help me stay medication free and in remission. 

Because I can fight my MS with self care, I decided to provide Massage Therapy, Halo Vitality Booth Plus, a Blue Cube Cold Plunge, and Clearlight’s Infrared Sauna as a local destination tailored to helping you achieve your health goals.  And I call it Elite Health Resort, home of Indy’s Elite Massage.  It’s my way of being a world changer and I do it all for the glory of God.  It’s wicked rad!  Come check it out.
